Welcome to the Xevium Network, a community-driven, professionally-managed, friendly IRC network. Xevium has never been a large network; and intends to stay this way: by staying a smaller network, we can focus on our individual communities and keeping the network stable and secure. However, we always welcome new people and communities.

The Story

Xevium was founded in 2005 as FFMediaX. Since then it has had many name changes due to lack of funds for a steady domain name. It has been called FFMediaX, SigTerm, AtomEdge... the list goes on. In 2007 the xevium.net domain was purchased and a plan has been made to keep it for the long haul, so don't expect any name changes any time soon!

Who's Welcome?

Our network was founded by nerds, so it mainly focuses on gaming, programming, and computer and technology-related topics. However, general chat is 90% of what goes on so anyone's welcome to join in or start their own channel!

Technical

The Xevium IRC Network uses a modified InspIRCd and Atheme IRC Services running on *nix servers.
I don't really believe on pushing offers towards my friends, but this site actually works. I ordered Deus Ex a couple days ago and it's here. If you want, I have proof with this image. One of their first offers lets you order a dollar bill. Anyway, thanks! ~Kikkoman
